  • Waiting Times for Readings
    Readings take at least 4 working days to be completed and sent to you. If there are any delays, you will be notified by e-mail. If you are waiting on any reading after 4 days, please drop me a message with your Order number.
  • Can I change my reading question?
    Yes! If you have not received your reading yet, and your change is made within 4 days after you submit an order, you can change your reading question. Please note that there will be 1-2 days delay of sending you your reading after receiving changes for your reading.
  • Changing my Reading lessons Date and/or Time
    Yes! Please submit a message with your new date and time, with your Order number. You will receive e-mail communication/confirmation for your request. Allow 1-2 days for a reply.
  • Payment
    We accept Stripe & Paypal. For other modes of payment, please contact us if you have any enquiries. Prices are non-negotiable. Thank you :)
