To help you get started, I have whittled down some tips below to help you find your first deck of cards. ^^

2. Card shapes & sizes

Cards may come in round, heart shaped sizes instead of the regular rectangular shapes.

For sizes, some may be tiny and some may be as large as or bigger than your palm.

3. Price

Prices vary greatly, from as low as under USD$20 to as high as USD$70++. You will also find that the price of a card deck can cost more or less in a physical store or online. It is good to take your time when cards window shopping.

4. Places you may find your next love, I mean, deck of your life😺

- Amazon, Etsy, E-bay, bookdepository.com, other Online Platforms:

Always good to do a search on online platforms to see if they sell them, have good seller reviews, etc. Prices may vary and you can purchase if the price is right for you.

- Physical Bookstores and Occult Shops:

This may apply to certain bookstores depending on where you live. It is not possible for them to stock the whole range of card decks, so you may wish to google and find a few types of card decks before approaching these shops. They may stock them or be able to obtain them for you from the publisher.

*IF you received the card deck as a gift but you don’t really like the design, you can still use it to read, but if you haven’t yet unwrapped and opened the card deck, you could sell it or buy a different deck. The choice is yours. Just because you receive a card deck doesn’t mean you have to use it if you dislike it.

As you will be looking at these cards a l o t, trying to interpret meanings and messages, so it’s very important to like the deck of cards you will be practicing with. I understand that some people are sensitive to graphics, etc. If you really dislike it, feel free to change them or use a different deck.

Take as much time as you need to browse if you are looking for your first card deck.

May your card reading experience and journey be a pleasant, enjoyable and happy one! 😇
